This recipe is for the creamed corn spoon bread. I get this every time that it is there!

Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Cornmeal
1 Cup Buttermilk
8 T Sugar
1 ½ Cups Corn (Frozen Kernels)
2 T Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk
1 tsp. Salt
¼ Cup Butter
Creamed Corn (Heated) 3 Cups Instructions:
Add dry ingredients to liquid and mix together until well blended.
Pour into well greased 9” x 13” pan.
Place in steamer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Top with creamed corn and serve.
Note: If you do not have a steamer you can use a double boiler and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
